<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly productive device having a plurality of independently driven shutters, for adjusting frequency of a piezoelectric element, provided with a small solenoid which is usable in a vacuum tub and a structure in which operating environment of other shutter plates is not affected by the increase of the number of shutters. <P>SOLUTION: The same number of shutter plates as that of elements exposed from a window of a base plate are arranged while being corresponded with each element and each is independently driven. Solenoids provided with means making voltage variable at start-up and during holding time and cooling means of their own are disposed by facing each other. A pair of movable iron core is inserted inside and a sheet of a shutter plate is clamped and coupled with a flange part thereof. At an opening which is a fulcrum of a shutter opening and closing operation of the shutter plate, a disc-like washer and collar which is a little thicker than the shutter plate are fitted and a plurality of shutter plates connected with each solenoid are stacked. Opening and closing of the shutters are conducted by driving the solenoids to make a single fulcrum independently drive a plurality of shutter plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
