<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system for treating a volatile organic compound, capable of coping with a variation in quantity of treating gas including the volatile organic compound. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system S for treating the volatile organic compound has a chamber 3 for receiving the treating gas including the volatile organic compound, a pressure sensor 32 arranged in this chamber 3 and detecting pressure in the chamber 3, a concentration device 7 for concentrating the volatile organic compound by separating the volatile organic compound adsorbed to an adsorbent by adsorbing the volatile organic compound in the treating gas introduced from the chamber 3 by the adsorbent, and an air blowing control means 13 for controlling an air-blowing quantity of first air-blowing means 10, 11 and 12 so that the pressure in the chamber 3 detected by the pressure sensor 32 is kept under predetermined pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
