The device has multiple pumps (P1, P2) for pumping a heat transfer medium through a circuit (17) in an operating condition and for transferring the heat transfer medium from a photothermic-collector (12) to a storage container (16) in another operating condition. The pumps fill the photothermic-collector with air. A photovoltaic collector (11) with photovoltaic energy conversion function is arranged below the photothermic-collector, where the photovoltaic collector receives the solar energy through the photothermic-collector in the latter operating condition.
