METHOD FOR MARINE PRODUCTS FARMING USING CACTUS

PURPOSE: A method of breeding marine products using fermented cactus is provided to remove a specific foul smell of the marine products, and to reinforce immunity of a body with beneficial components of the cactus which is mixed and fermented with raw sugar. CONSTITUTION: A method of breeding marine products using fermented cactus comprises the following steps: removing moisture of the cactus with drinking water; drying the cactus; crushing the dried cactus to a size of 1mm ~ 5 mm; mixing the crushed cactus and raw sugar with a weight ratio of 10 : 1 ~ 10 : 4; fermenting the mixed materials for 3 ~ 7 days in 25°C - 32°C; drying the fermented materials in a drying chamber to a moisture content of 10% or less; pulverizing the dried cactus and manufacturing the mixed fodder with the cactus powder.
