PURPOSE: A non-slip layer construction device is provided to form an embossing pattern on a non-slip layer formed on the road while moving along the non-slip layer with pressure. CONSTITUTION: A non-slip layer construction device comprises a pattern forming roller(10) having an embossing pattern(11) on the perimeter and a transfer handle(20). The pattern forming roller forms an embossing pattern on a non-slip layer coated within a traffic lane while moving along the non-slip layer with pressure. The transfer handle is formed on the right and left sides of the pattern forming roller. |
