<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a mixed carbon sheet is provided to prevent a separation phenomenon of the sheet while improving tensile strength and tear strength, and to reduce corrosion of a metal by reducing the amount of sulfur oxide and nitride. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mixed carbon sheet includes the following steps: mixing metal lithium powder and paraffin with a weight ratio of 1 : 1; crushing a compound after mixing the compound with graphite powder; manufacturing an expanded graphite sheet by thermally treating and drying the crushed compound; making mixed liquid by mixing a dispersing agent 70 parts by weight and a binder solvent 30 parts by weight; manufacturing a final mixed solution by mixing the compound with a carbon nanowire 3 ~ 20 parts by weight; and making a mixed dispersion solution; coating the mixed dispersion liquid(200) on the expanded graphite sheet(100).</p> |
