摘要 The invention relates to a reconfigurable magnetic logic circuit arrangement having at least two magnetoresistive elements comprising at least two respective magnetic layers, which are each separated from one another by an intermediate layer, wherein one of the magnetic layers, as a reference layer, does not considerably change its magnetization under the influence of external magnetic fields and the other magnetic layer, as a free layer, changes in a manner which can be detected, and at least one conductor for signal connections, which, when current flows through it, can be used to generate a first magnetic field which changes over the magnetization of the free layers, as well as a device for generating, as required, a second variable magnetic field which likewise influences the magnetoresistive elements. In this case, two magnetoresistive elements of this type are arranged adjacent to one another, wherein the magnetization of the two reference layers is oriented in opposite directions by means of preset unidirectional anisotropy and the magnetoresistive elements are connected to one another in such a manner that, as a result of the first and second magnetic fields acting on the magnetoresistive elements, the switching behaviour of all fundamental logic functions, in particular the AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR or XNOR functions, can be induced on the basis of the resultant changes in the orientation of the magnetization of the free layers and thus the resistance of the magnetoresistive elements in the logic circuit arrangement.
