PURPOSE: A rotary drying device is provided to prevent damage to a blade or the inner wall of a drying furnace by easily removing foreign materials caught by a foreign material removing bar. CONSTITUTION: A rotary drying device heats the wall of a cylindrical drying furnace(100). The rotary drying device rotates and raises materials to be dried by the rotation of an inner blade(200). The rotary drying device comprises an exhaust blower(300), an exhaust pipe path(400), a heat exchanger(500), and an air guide. The exhaust pipe path connects an exhaust pipe(110) of the upper part of the drying furnace and the exhaust blower. The heat exchanger is installed at the middle end of the exhaust pipe path.
