PURPOSE: An anchor for rails is provided to reduce the material and manufacturing costs and to prevent the deformation and damage due to the driving of a train. CONSTITUTION: An anchor for rails comprises a stem part(20) and a head part(30). The stem part is buried and fixed in a concrete sleeper. The head part is projected on the top of the sleeper and coupled with a spring clip through a coupling hole(32). The head part comprises a cavity(31) connected to the coupling hole, a shoulder(40) with rounded bottom which contacts with the spring clip, and side support projections(50) formed on the opposite side to the shoulder.
