PURPOSE: An ozone generator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a gap between a ground metal plate and a dielectric, and to reduce manufacturing costs while simplifying binding structure of the dielectric and a conductive metal layer. CONSTITUTION: An ozone generator comprises the following: a dielectric block(100) in which a conductive metal(110) is included; a ground metal plate(200) mounted on one side of the dielectric block; and a cover plate(300) combined to surround the ground metal plate and the dielectric block. When the ground metal plate is contacted to a conductive metal, ozone is produced between the conductive metal and the ground metal plate. The conductive metal is filled in an internal space. |
