PURPOSE: A drain water heating device using waste heat produced from a defrosting process is provided to heat the defrosting water in a water tank using the air with high temperature by gathering the air with high temperature produced from the defrosting process of a vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: A drain water heating device(70) using waste heat produced from a defrosting process comprises a gathering hood(72), a connecting pipe(74), a heating pipe(76), a discharging pipe(78) and a absorption fan. The gathering hood is installed at the inside of a finishing cover(41) of a vaporizer(10). The connecting pipe is detachably connected between the gathering hood and a water tank(50). The heating pipe is detachably connected to the connecting pipe and is installed on the bottom of the water tank or a drain water heating wire(54). The discharging pipe is detachably connected to the heating pipe and is located at the inside of a drain pipe(52). The absorption fan absorbs the air with high temperature in the vaporizer and discharges the absorbed air to the outside through the discharging pipe.
