PURPOSE: A multi-stage soil restoration device of a thermal desorption type is provided to enhance process effects of polluted soil by chemically processing the polluted soil by selectively putting high pressure air or steam with a surfactant to the soil. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage soil restoration device of a thermal desorption type comprises the following: an input stirring tube(10) in which polluted soil and a surfactant are crushed, stirred, and fallen naturally by spraying high pressure air; am exhaustion stirring tube(30) in which an oxidizer and the polluted soil dropped from the input stirring tube is crushed, mixed and naturally fallen; an adsorption unit removing contamination sources from the polluted soil; and a connection pipe(20) thermally decomposing heavy metals of the polluted soil. |
