PURPOSE: A hair iron is provided to enable wave trimming and straight trimming together in the hair styling process using the hair iron. CONSTITUTION: The hair iron comprises: flat type of inner surface; two iron bodies(210) which are hinge-coupled so that one end is rotated; inner surface iron part(220) with a heater to vent heat for heating hair; a temperature controller(231) controlling the heating temperature of the two iron body; an opening spring maintaining the state that the body is unfolded elastically; an exterior iron part(100) equipped on the outer face of one or more iron body among two iron bodies; an operation switch which controls the electric power supply, is installed in the inner body of one side among two iron bodies.
