<p>An injection molding machine, which contains a moving template (1), a fixed template, connecting rods (3) arranged between the moving template and the fixed template for the sliding of the moving template thereon, and a nut open-close mechanism provided on the external circumference of an end of the moving template and joggled with each connecting rod. The open-close mechanism comprises two pairs of nut (21, 22), two clamping units (2) and a pair of shaft (23, 24) for connecting the nuts. The clamping unit comprises an execution element (25) and a pair of symmetrically arranged open-close drive connecting bar (26, 27). The first end of the first open-close drive connecting bar (26) is connected with the second nut (212) of the first pair of nut (21), and the first end of the second open-close drive connecting bar (27) is connected with the first nut (212) of the second pair of nut (21). The second end of the first open-close drive connecting bar (26) is connected with the second end of the second open-close drive connecting bar (27). The two pairs of the nuts (21,22) are opened and closed at the same time by the execution element (25) through driving ends of two open-close drive connecting bars (26,27). So the machine reduces the manufacturing cost and the energy consumption.</p> |
