PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recyclable chip using the interior sheet waste of a car is provided to manufacture the recyclable chip having excellent properties using a simple method of dispersing a polyester fiber in a resin without fusing the polyester fiber of a velour layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a recyclable chip using the interior sheet waste of a car comprises the following steps: manufacturing a crushed material by preliminarily crushing the interior sheet waste of a car including a polyester velour layer and a bottom layer of polypropylene(PP) or polyethylene(PE); manufacturing a melted extruded material by melting the crushed material at a melting temperature(TP) satisfying equation 1. Equation 1 is Tm1< TP < Tm2(Tm1 is the melting point of the bottom layer, Tm2 is the melting point of the velour layer); molding the molting extruded material into a sheet shape through cooling; and sorting the molded sheet by particle size.
