PURPOSE: A drier of a food treatment system is provided to reduce load applied to a screw by crushing and mixing food wastes due to the crossing of the rod blades and rod ribs. CONSTITUTION: A drier of a food treatment system comprises a housing(100), a screw(200), and a rod rib(300). The food waste is put into the housing. The screw comprises a rotary shaft(210) and a rod blade(220). The rod blade is installed in the radial direction of the rotary shaft to mix the food waste. The rod rib is installed inside the housing. The rod rib is crossed with the rod blade and crushes the food waste.
