PURPOSE: A programming actuator system capable of controlling multi-axes in a concentric circle is provided to suppress the abrasion of a gear by outer excessive load and maximize energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A programming actuator system comprises a supporting part(10), first and second rotating parts(100,200), and a controller. The supporting part has a permanent magnet. The first rotating part is combined with the supporting part to rotate. The first rotating part has multiple electromagnets. The second rotating part is coupled with the first rotating part to rotate. The second rotating part has a permanent magnet. The controller controls the polarity of the electromagnets of the first rotating part in order to apply attraction between one among the multiple electromagnets of the first rotating part and the permanent magnet of the support part.
