PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a cylinder block and a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine and a method thereof are provided to increase combustion efficiency by completely sealing a fire chamber. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a cylinder block and a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine comprise a cylinder block and a cylinder head. The cylinder circumference part upper side of the cylinder block is projected to upside. The projection part of the cylinder block is 5mm. The bottom plane of the cylinder head is cut. The bottom plane of the cut cylinder head and the projected part of the cylinder block are combined.
