CAMERA FLASH MODULE HAVING RADIATION HEAT

摘要

PURPOSE: A camera flash module with a heat radiating PCB is provided to increase durability of a total module highly by emitting heat source of an LED effectively through the heat radiating PCB. CONSTITUTION: A camera flash module(100) includes a main board(10) and an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(20). The LED is installed in the main board. A heat radiating panel(30) is adhered to the bottom surface of the main board with the main board through a thermal conduction both-sided tape. An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(50) receives power supply as one side of the main board. The LED is light-emitted through the FPCB with the power supply.
