PURPOSE: A name plate structure and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to manufacture a name plate with deluxe feeling by color which is formed with a color layer and a pattern layer and texture which is formed with a plane and intaglio. CONSTITUTION: A name plate structure comprises: a front plate(1) which has a predetermined size and wherein various sentences and patterns are inscribed by laser light from a laser apparatus; and a rear plate which is formed in the lower part of the front plate and wherein various sentences and patterns are engraved by CNC machine. The front plate comprises a metal plate(11), a metal protecting layer(12) which is formed on the upper side of the metal plate and protects the metal plate, a color adhesion layer(13) which is spread on the upper side of the metal protection layer, a color layer(14), a pattern layer(15), and a transparent layer. |
