PURPOSE: A small portable device for a real-time DNA extraction of an animal is provided to reduce the time of extracting the DNA without requiring a professional manpower. CONSTITUTION: A small portable device for a real-time DNA extraction of an animal tissue comprises the following: a sampler(20) collecting an animal tissue cell on the surface of a drill; a first tube container(30) dissolving the animal tissue cell into a specific solution; a centrifuge(40) removing impurities from the solution; and a DNA filter(50) collecting DNAs by refining the solution without the impurities. The first tube container is divided with two separate spaces with a partition film and each space contains a buffer and phenol chloroform.
