PURPOSE: An oilless bearing using the surface ultrasonic vibration is provided to facilitate, to maintain with less manpower, to use for a large sized device, and to use in the environment of high temperature and low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An oilless bearing using the surface ultrasonic vibration comprises: an ultrasonic oscillator which generates and amplifies a surface ultrasonic signal; an ultrasonic vibrator(4) which transfers the signal which is delivered from the ultrasonic oscillator to vibration energy; and a tool horn(3) which physically amplifies a surface ultrasonic vibration which is generated from the ultrasonic oscillator. The contact surface of the inside and the outside of the oilless bearing in which the surface ultrasonic wave is generated is formed with a concave-convex surface in order to use the ultrasonic vibration which is generated from the tool horn. The contact area is minimized due to the concave-convex surface. |
