PURPOSE: A liquid fertilizer composition is provided to improve storage property and to prevent nozzle clogging of a pipe and liquid fertilizer spray part. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fertilizer composition contains 0.001-1 weight% of oregano extract. A method for manufacturing the liquid fertilizer comprises: a step of collecting pig feces and urine; a step of separating solid and liquid of pig feces and urine; a step of inputting descompose microorganism and molasses to supernatant and fermenting under anerobic and aerobic condition; a step of precipitating fermented product; a step of filtering with a membrane filter; and a step of mixing oregano extract to the liquid.
