PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to form a column spacer, an overcoat layer and an alignment layer by an in-plane printing process using a soft mold, thereby simplifying a process. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal layer is formed between the first and second substrates(100,200). The first substrate comprises color filters facing each other. The second substrate comprises a TFT(Thin Film Transistor). An overcoat layer(34a) is formed on the color filter. A column spacer(32) is integrated with the overcoat layer. |
