PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to include an FPCB guide unit in a drawing hole area of a support main, thereby preventing defects due to damages of an FPCB. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED(Light Emitting Diode)s is mounted on an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(153). A support main(130) receives the plurality of LEDs. A drawing hole(131) is formed in one side of the support main to drawn out the FPCB to the outside. An FPCB guide unit(200) of a mold material is inserted into the inner surface of the drawing hole so that the FPCB is guided. The FPCB passes through from one side of the FPCB guide unit through the other side face so that the FPCB is drawn out to the outside. |
