<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for providing user interface in a device with a touch screen are provided to maintain graphic display in an area which a touch event is generated during a fixed time after touch event of a user is generated, thereby enabling a user to easily check the touch area. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(104) recognizes a touch section which a touch by a user is generated on a touch screen. A controller(106) displays an area which is bigger than the recognized touch area by a fixed size as a graphic. A touch of the user is generated by a body or a contact device. The controller displays a broader line having fixed thickness in outline of the recognized touch screen as a graphic. After the touch event is completed, the controller crank downs the graphic display after maintaining the fixed time.</p> |
