PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to keep the air conditioner clean by hiding the gap between an intake panel and a discharging panel. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a base(12), a cabinet(20), an intake panel, an air inlet panel(36), a discharge panel, an air outlet panel(76). The cabinet is installed at the top of the base. The intake panel includes an air inlet. The air inlet panel is bigger than the air inlet, and covers or opens the air inlet. The discharge panel includes an air outlet. The air outlet panel is bigger than the air outlet, and covers or opens the air outlet. One at least one of the air inlet panel and the air outlet panel includes a shield covering the space between the intake and discharge panels. |
