PURPOSE: A complex module test apparatus and a method thereof are provided to enhance efficiency of a measuring device by reducing time required for testing one test object. CONSTITUTION: An instrument(320) transmits wireless frequency signals of various kinds, and receives radio frequency of various kinds. The transmission performance is analyzed and outputted. The complex module transmits a radio frequency signal of various kinds through the communication modules. The communications path for the reception of the radio frequency signal is established through a distributor. |
