PURPOSE: A heat exchange unit for a heat utilization system is provided to enhance the heat exchange efficiency by efficiently cleaning a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange unit(10) for a heat utilization system comprises one or more heat exchangers(20), one or more cleaning nozzles, and a positioning unit. The heat exchanger comprises one or more air inlets(31) and one or more air outlets(32). The air inlet and the air outlet are connected by a discharge air channel. The cleaning nozzle is arranged at the neighborhood of the heat exchanger. The entrance of the cleaning nozzle faces the heat exchanger. The positioning unit transfers the heat exchanger or the cleaning nozzle to at least two different positions to enable the air inlet or the air outlet to face the cleaning nozzle.
