LAYERED NOZZLE STRUCTURE AND MICRO EXTRUSION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A layer structure of nozzle and a micro extrusion system is provided to manufacture a printer head assembly which includes various layers with generating desired deflection using various different materials. CONSTITUTION: A layer structure of nozzle and a micro extrusion system comprises: a top nozzle plate which includes a first forward edge(158-1) and a first inlet port; and a nozzle outlet plate(160) which comprises a second forward edge(168) and wherein a nozzle channel(162) which is long and slender is formed to a first direction which is the preset direction to an opening through the second forward edge from a sealed end part. The top nozzle plate is installs to the nozzle outlet plate in order to form an extrusion nozzle. The first inlet port is arranged with the seal end part of the long and slender channel.
