PURPOSE: A method and a system for creating and trading CER using traveling information are provided to protect environment by offering margins from the CER(Certified Emission Reduction) trading. CONSTITUTION: A moving tendency data controller(105) extracts the moving tendency confirmation data through the analysis of the moving tendency information data of the moving tendency measuring terminal(135). The CER processing unit(110) creates the amount of greenhouse gas emission and CER according to the moving tendency confirmation data. The CER processing unit offers the CER to a user(140). The CER processing unit processes the trading and renewal of the CER. |
