PURPOSE: Method of manufacturing a refrigerator door hinge is provided to form a desired height of hinge shaft depending on the selection range of a stretched region. CONSTITUTION: The base plate(10) at which a plurality of combining holes(11) are formed using the metal sheet. After the part of the edge of the base plate is pressurized based on the hinged center position on the base plate, the stretching region(13) of the base plate is curved to the bottom of the base plate, and is bent to be the arc shape. The stretching region corresponds to the area ranging from the hinged center position of the base plate to the part of the edge of the base plate. A hinge shaft is formed by bending the stretching region to be the circle shape. |
