WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM OF SLURRY PRODUCTION BACK LAPPING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A water treatment method of waste sludge produced in a back lapping process is provided to recycle the waste sludge to be used as industrial water through a second refining process, a filter separation method, and centrifuge. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment method of waste sludge produced in a back lapping process comprises the following steps: removing silicon powder with a refining device of a centrifuge method from waste slurry of high concentration of 300~600ppm; refining the waste slurry to low concentration of 20~80ppm(S20); and removing a small amount of the silicon powder with a refining device. The waste slurry is used as industrial water or heavy water.
