PURPOSE: A small duck smoking machine using ceramic is provided to cook an object to be cooked by the convection of an aircirculation device which is installed on the center by heated air. CONSTITUTION: A small duck smoking machine using ceramic comprises: an upper case(100); a partition which is installed in the inside of the top part of the upper case and has a burning space in the upper side; an air circulation device which comprises a motor and a rotating vane and transfers air which is flowed in to a heater; a lower case(400); a smoking heater which is installed in the bottom of the inside of the lower case; a smoking path wherein a filter is installed so that sawdust ash is not flowed into the burning space; a temperature sensor; a controller(160) which is electrically connected to the heater, the smoking heater, and the temperature sensor. |
