PURPOSE: A structure of an electrolysis tank using ion resin and A method of manufacturing thereof are provided to improve product productivity and to secure uniform quality of products by using a waterproofing pad and a waterproof ring. CONSTITUTION: A structure of electrolysis tank using ion resin is comprises: a protrusion(20a) in an inner wall; a center body(20) of the square doughnut shape in which a second internal space(29b) is connected with a first internal space(29a) opened to the bottom side and upward direction of a respective protrusion; a waterproofing pad(21) laminated in a lower part of the protrusion; an ionic membrane(22) laminated in the lower part of the waterproofing pad; a first electrode(23) laminated in the lower part of an ionic membrane; a first body(30) for fixing the waterproofing pad, the ionic membrane and the first electrode on the first internal space; the ion resin(24) inserted to the top of the protrusion; a second electrode(25) laminated on the top of the ion resin; and a second body(40) for fixing the ion resin and the second electrode the waterproof ring. |
