PURPOSE: A communication system and a communication method thereof are provided to selectively control a pre-coding index according to a priority index in a base station, thereby efficiently suppressing an inter-cell interference in a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a pilot signal is received through a specific downlink channel, a communication terminal decides a pre0coding matrix index(215~225). The communication terminal grasps channel characteristic information of the downlink channel(219,227). The communication terminal transmits feedback information to a serving base station(221,229). The serving base station decides a priority index through the channel characteristic information(223,231). The serving base station communicates with the communication terminal(237~240).
