PURPOSE: A snore prevention apparatus is provided, which reduces snoring or sleep apnea and enables a user to obtain an optimal sleep position. CONSTITUTION: A snore prevention apparatus comprises: a back support surface(110); a right support surface(120), and a left support surface(130) which are extended from both side corners of the surface of the back support and are connected to each other; and a seat back(101) equipped with a bottom plane(140) formed in a triangle end face. The seat back has a trigonal pyramid shape.
