The system has a swiveling arrangement (1) for carrying out vertical inclination movements of a camera directly mounted on or in a flat mounting element (5) to which at least three rollers (2) are attached at angular intervals. The roller axles can be individually rotated in a horizontal plane and fixed. At least one marker (13) and/or scale (11) is provided for setting the rolling direction of the rollers.
