Fluorinated bis-(phthalocyanylaluminoxy)silyl bridged cyan or blue-green pigments according to formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or cycloalkyl groups with eight or less carbon atoms or aryl groups with ten or less carbon atoms; R3 is a divalent linking group comprising oxygen, R1 R2Si, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl cycloalkyl or aryl groups; R1, R2, and R3 may comprise the elements of a cyclic ring; n is 1-4; and z is 1-4.
