MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR IRON OXIDE SACCHARATED

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a saccharated iron oxide as a composite including Fe(III), sucrose or xylitol is provided to improve the purity and yield of the saccharated iron oxide, and to use the saccharated iron oxide as an oral and an injection medicine. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a saccharated iron oxide comprises the following steps: forming hydroxy iron by melting ferric chloride in purified water and adding a basic solution; washing the hydroxy iron with the purified water; mixing the wet hydroxy iron, sucrose or xylitol, and the purified water and stirring the mixture; adjusting the pH into 10.5~10.6 using a sodium hydroxide solution; spraying ethanol to the solution for crystallizing the saccharated iron oxide; and adding more sucrose or xylitol to make the iron content into 4.8~4.9%. The basic solution is a sodium carbonate solution.
