The present invention relates to an excavating and loading apparatus mounted on a rotating apparatus provided on top of a running gear. Said excavating and loading apparatus comprises: a first hinged at the lower end thereof to the upper portion of said rotating apparatus and rotated by a first cylinder; a second boom hinged at the lower end thereof to the upper end of said first boom and rotated by a second cylinder having one end attached to said first boom; a bucket arm hinged at the lower end thereof to the upper end of said second boom and rotated by a third cylinder having one end attached to said second boom; a bucket attached to one end of said bucket arm and rotated by a bucket cylinder having one end attached to said bucket arm; and a rotating arm hinged at one end thereof to the upper portion of said rotating apparatus and having an intermediate section coupled to one end of said first cylinder to allow the first cylinder to rotate, wherein the maximum angle of rotation of said first boom is determined by the rotation of said rotating arm. |
