PURPOSE: The media recognition apparatus of the automatic media feeding apparatus adheres closely the media to the fixed power to the magneto resistive sensor. The sensitivity of the magneto resistive sensor is improved. CONSTITUTION: It is installed inside the automatic media feeding apparatus and the magneto resistive sensor(10) senses the magnetism of media. A mounting bracket is installed to be separated with the magneto resistive sensor. A push arm(40) is pivotally installed in the mounting bracket. The push arm adheres closely media to the magneto resistive sensor to the fixed power. An elastic member(54) offers the elastic force so that the push arm be rotated towards the magneto resistive sensor. |
