The Anchor Change Detecting Device (102) is adapted for detecting that a subscriber is changing from a second Anchor Device to the first Anchor Device (101). The Handover Device (107) is adapted for handing over Policy and Charging Control Information of the subscriber from the second Anchor Device to the first Anchor Device (10), upon detecting the subscriber is changing from the second Anchor Device to the first Anchor Device (101).
