<p>The blind has a sheet (1) made of fabric and connected to a suspension unit (2) e.g. rod, where the sheet includes front and rear faces. Optical fibers (3) i.e. wave guides, are arranged on the sheet, such that luminous flow emerges from the front face of the sheet and generates a luminous effect. The optical fibers are arranged on the sheet. Multiple horizontal rods (10) are placed at regular intervals in a set of notches (100). A set of power supply cables (301) are connected to another set of power supply cables (201) of an electric motor (200).</p>
