PURPOSE: An alpenstock is provided, which enables a user to adjust the length of stick according to user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: An alpenstock comprises: a plurality of round pipes; an insertion part(1) which is equipped with a rotating vane(2) which is inserted into and fixed to the circular pipe; a soft settling frame which is inserted into the rotating vane; and an upper pipe in which the settling frame is inserted. The soft settling frame and rotating vane are used in order to prevent each round pipe from slipping. The number of the rotating vane is used according to the size of the round pipe.
