The invention relates to a caliper disk brake, in particular for commercial vehicles, having a caliper which has a first flange surface having a first function opening, an operating device which has a second flange surface having a second function opening aligned with the first function opening in the installed state, and a fastening device for fastening the operating device to the caliper, wherein the function openings serve to couple the operating device to a brake application device. According to the invention, the fastening device is designed to bend and/or to deform the second flange surface in an area located between the second function opening and the fastening device against an elastic restoring force, and the restoring force prestresses the second flange surface in the direction of the first flange surface in at least some sections.
