PURPOSE: A living alone senior citizen care service system and a method thereof are provided to notify the current status of living alone senior citizen to an administrator. CONSTITUTION: A wireless and wired receiving unit(21) receive an operation sense signal detected in the operation detecting sensor. A controller accumulates the operation information for a predetermined time. The operation information comprises location and sensing time of the operation detection sensor corresponding to the operation sense signal received in the wireless and wired receiver. A communication unit(24) transmits the accumulated operation information as described above with the control signal of the controller to the central server.
