<p>PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving a video call is provided to enable continuous video call communication by controlling video prime count transmitted and received based on profile information. CONSTITUTION: A video call transmission/reception device negotiates a call condition for video call between mobile terminals(S109), and performs a video call depending on the call condition(S111). The video call transmission/reception device judges a network state during the video call(S115), and changes a transmission frame speed depending on the network state(S117,S119). The video call transmission/reception device performs a video call based on the changed transmission frame speed(S111).</p> |
