PURPOSE: A culture solution composition for culturing prey organism and rapid growing technique using same are provided to effectively improve immunity from a larval stage of shellfishes by using the culture solution composition capable promoting growth of the prey organism. CONSTITUTION: A culture solution composition for culturing prey organism comprises plant hormone 4 ~ 10 weight%, adenosine monophosphate 4 ~ 10 weight%, vitamin 25 ~ 45 weight%, a phenolic compound 10 ~ 25 phenolic compound, hexane 2 ~ 8 weight%, 5 pentose 10 ~ 20 weight%, amino acid 4 ~ 8 weight%, and dietary fiber 4 ~ 10 weight%. The plant hormone includes auxin, Gibberellin or cytokinin. The vitamin comprises retinol, thiamine nitrate, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, calciferol, niacin or tocopherol.
