PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a layout method for a contact of the same are provided to protect a contact of a top layer from attack by arranging the contact of the top layer around the pad. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a pad(100), first contacts(10,20) and a second contact(30). First contacts are electrically connected to the pad. A minimum region is contacted with the pad region. A second contact is electrically connected to first contacts. The second contact is formed on an upper layer than the first contact. The second contact is separated with the pad.
